Adrielle Quist is an Inquisitor of the Ordo Xenos. She went unnamed until The Shadow Over Immateriums.

Adrielle is completely single-minded, even for an inquisitor. She suspects genestealers to be behind every single plot, including the Emperor's message. She seems to be completely unaware of the existence of Chaos as well, assuming chaos cults to really be genestealer cults.
During the Inquisition's exile, she encountered Kairos Fateweaver, and asked him if he was genestealer. Even though he had told her that one of his heads would tell the truth and the other would lie, she ignored him and attacked him when one of the heads said yes.
Adrielle somehow managed to emerge from the Warp in time to save Bruce Norring from a genestealer cult the moment he identified them out loud. Still drunk, she managed to slay the entire cult including their patriarch, before returning to the Warp. When asked by Russ how she was able to jump back into realspace, she simply said "I dunno..."
